These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the Rewards Program ("Program") offered by Summit Racing Equipment ("we", "us", "our" or the “Company”). By enrolling in the Program, you accept these Terms and the Terms of Use of Summit Racing Equipment’s website, at www.SummitRacing.com (the “Website”). If you do not want to agree to these Terms, please do not enroll in the Program.
At our sole discretion, we have the right to modify, add or delete all or any portion of the Program rules, terms, conditions, benefits, or rewards, at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Speed Points already accumulated, the value of the rewards, and/or the time for redemption.
Eligibility: Participation in the Program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States, a Territory of the United States (including APO/FPO addresses), Canada, Mexico, or Australia, and who are at least 18 years of age or older. Employees of Summit Racing Equipment and its affiliated entities are not eligible to participate in the Program. Atech and Pro Shop accounts, including influencer, affiliate, and partnership accounts, are not eligible to participate in the Program.
Enrollment: Enrollment in the Program is free. To enroll, you must have a Summit Racing Equipment customer account. A name and valid email address are the minimum requirements to create a customer account. An account must also have a valid address in the United States (or its territories), Canada, Mexico, or Australia, as outlined in Eligibility, for enrollment in the Program.
If you shop in one of the Summit Racing Equipment Retail Stores, you are automatically enrolled as a Participant in the Program and you earn Speed Points with every qualified purchase of an Eligible Item. If you wish to receive marketing messages and Program policies, you must separately opt-in to receive these messages to the email address associated with your enrolled account. You will not be automatically opted-in to receive these messages. Message frequency varies. You can opt-out of the Rewards Program in-store, via our phone order line, at our website, or via the Company’s mobile app (the “App”).
If you shop via the Website, the App, or the Company’s phone order line, you must affirmatively enroll in the Program and make a purchase of an Eligible Item to earn Speed Points. You can opt to enroll in the Program as a Program participant (“Participant”) by creating a Summit Racing Equipment customer account or by accessing your existing Summit Racing Equipment customer account. You may opt to enroll (i) upon creation of a customer account or sign-in to your existing customer account on the Website or the App, or (ii) by providing verbal consent via the Company’s phone order line. By opting into the Program, you accept these Terms and the Terms of Use of Summit Racing Equipment’s Website, and you acknowledge and agree to receive marketing messages and Program policies to the email address associated with your enrolled account. Message frequency varies. For purposes of this Program, a “Participant” is any individual who satisfies the Eligibility requirements and who is Enrolled in the Program.
Participation in the Program, including the accrual of Speed Points and Summit Bucks Rewards, are tied directly to a Participant’s customer number. Only one customer number is allowed per individual. Duplicate accounts are subject to termination. Participants will not be eligible to earn Speed Points under or redeem Summit Bucks Rewards from this Program without an enrolled Summit Racing Equipment customer account number. Points from multiple or duplicate customer numbers cannot be transferred, credited, or combined.
Points: Participants must be enrolled in the Program to earn points ("Speed Points"). Speed Points are earned through purchases of Eligible Items from Summit Racing Equipment. Purchases must have a ship to/bill to address in the United States, a Territory of the United States, Canada, Mexico, or Australia as outlined in Eligibility. Speed Points are issued once a product ships. It may take one week or more for earned Speed Points to post to a Participant’s account. Speed Points do not expire. From time to time, Summit Racing Equipment may offer additional opportunities for Participants to earn Speed Points by completing other activities or making specific purchases. The accumulation of Speed Points does not entitle Participants to any vested rights.
Purchases of Eligible Items ordered on SummitRacing.com, via the Summit Racing Equipment mobile app, or via our phone order line: Earn 1 Speed Point per dollar spent on Eligible Items ordered on SummitRacing.com, the App, or our phone order line. To earn Speed Points for orders placed on SummitRacing.com or the App, Participants must be logged into the account associated with the Program. For purposes of this Program, “Eligible Items” means any of Summit Racing Equipment’s products or items available for purchase, other than Excluded Items.
Purchases of Eligible Items ordered in one of our Retail Stores: Customers may earn 1.5x Speed Points per every dollar spent on Eligible Items in Summit Racing Equipment’s Retail Stores, or such varied rewards as Summit Racing Equipment may determine from time to time. This includes orders placed for Retail Pickup via SummitRacing.com, the App, or our phone order line, and orders that are placed in the Retail Store for items that must be shipped to you due to in-stock status, shipping directly from a manufacturer, or a custom/special order.
Discounts: Summit Bucks applied to the purchase of an eligible item will be applied after any other discounts.
Excluded Items: Speed Points are not earned through the purchase of the following: gift cards, demo/open-box/scratch-and-dent items, shipping costs, taxes, core charges, and purchases made through a third-party marketplace (collectively, “Excluded Items”).
Returns: Upon return of an Eligible Item, any Speed Points and/or Summit Bucks earned on the original purchase of such returned item may be deducted from the Participant’s Speed Points balance, which may be a negative number, and/or the Participant’s Summit Bucks balance. Upon return of an Eligible Item, any Summit Bucks earned as a result of the original purchase and thereafter applied to a separate purchase may be deducted from the returned dollar amount of such returned item. Summit Racing Equipment may make any adjustments to a Participant’s Speed Points and/or Summit Bucks balance as it deems necessary in connection with a returned item in its sole and absolute discretion. All other standard Summit Racing Equipment regular Return Policies apply to the return of an eligible item.
Rewards (“Summit Bucks”): Once a Participant accumulates 250 Speed Points, a $5 Summit Bucks® Reward will be awarded to the Participant’s enrolled account. It may take one week or more for an earned Summit Bucks Reward to post to the account. Summit Bucks balances will appear on the My Account page at SummitRacing.com. Participants opted-in to receive emails from Summit Racing Equipment will also receive an email containing a Summit Bucks digital certificate.
Summit Bucks may be redeemed on purchases at SummitRacing.com, via the App, via the phone order line, or in a Summit Racing Equipment Retail Store. Summit Bucks cannot be redeemed for cash or used to buy gift cards, demo/open-box/scratch-and-dent items, shipping costs, taxes, core charges, purchase of a Summit Racing Protection Plan, or on purchases made through a third-party marketplace. Summit Bucks awarded through the Program automatically expire 60 days after the date that they are awarded; Summit Bucks have no value after the expiration date indicated. Summit Bucks may be awarded outside of the Program via other methods, including but not limited to purchase of an Eligible Item during a promotion, attending events that include a Summit Bucks Reward promotion, other periodic and/or limited-time promotions. Summit Bucks awarded outside of the Program may have different expiration timelines.
If Summit Bucks are used to pay for all or part of a purchase, the Summit Bucks value will not be applied to the Participant’s Speed Points earnings. (For example, if $5 Summit Bucks are applied toward a $40 purchase amount, the Participant will earn Speed Points on $35 of the remaining purchase price)..
Speed Points and Summit Bucks have no cash value; they may not be gifted, purchased, sold, brokered, or otherwise transferred or assigned. Summit Racing Equipment reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject or cancel Summit Bucks certificates that, in its good faith determination, were obtained fraudulently, to limit the claiming or redemption of Summit Bucks Rewards, and to limit the amount of Speed Points earned per calendar year. If Summit Racing Equipment, in its sole discretion, determines in good faith that a Participant has engaged in or intends to engage in any manner of abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with this Program, Summit Racing Equipment will not have an obligation to provide rewards under this Program and may reverse any such rewards provided to the Participant.
Opting Out of the Program: Participants may opt-out of the Program at any time by either unsubscribing through the My Account page at our Website, through the App, through our phone order line, or by visiting any of the Company’s Retail Stores and requesting to opt-out of the Program. Upon opting-out of the Program, all accumulated Speed Points will be forfeited. Any Summit Bucks Rewards that have been awarded prior to the time of opting-out will remain available and valid until the specified expiration date.
Termination of the Program: Summit Racing Equipment reserves the right to cancel or suspend a Participant’s enrollment in the Program or any Summit Bucks Rewards earned and not yet used in the event of fraud, abuse of rewards privileges, violation of the Program’s Terms, or at Summit Racing Equipment’s discretion. A Participant’s enrollment in the Program may be terminated, and any accumulated Speed Points may be forfeited, if an account is inactive for a period of time, as determined by Summit Racing Equipment in its sole discretion.
Privacy: Personal information collected for the Program will be used in accordance with Summit Racing Equipment’s Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, Participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: SUMMIT RACING EQUIPMENT IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM OR THE USE OF ANY REWARDS OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY IS ASSUMED BY SUMMIT RACING EQUIPMENT FOR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS OR TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION WHICH MAY AFFECT THE PROGRAM AND/OR OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE. SUMMIT RACING EQUIPMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CORRECT ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS RELATED TO THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING ADJUSTMENTS (WHETHER POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE) TO SPEED POINTS BALANCES AND REDEMPTION OPTIONS, WHICH MAY BE MADE IN SUMMIT RACING EQUIPMENT’S SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Ohio law (other than those relating to conflicts of law). Any disputes arising from the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of State or Federal courts located in Summit County, Ohio; a Participant or other party bringing the dispute waives any objection to venue and consents to submit to the jurisdiction of such Courts. If in any particular State, Province or Country, the Program or the Company must apply for any special license, bond, permit or other governmental regulatory approval, or the Terms and Conditions of the Program will have to be amended in order to comply with applicable laws or regulations, the Program will be void and no longer available to customers in that State, Province or Country, as of the date that the Company learns of such requirement in that State, Province, or Country.
Changes to Terms: Summit Racing Equipment reserves the right to unilaterally change the Terms of the Program, including terminating, suspending, or cancelling any parts of the Program without prior notice to you, provided that if Summit Racing Equipment has determined to terminate the Program, we will provide 60 days advance notice to you by email prior to such termination. When changes are made to this Program, we will post notice of any such changes on our website. Your continued use of the Program following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to regularly access and review our website for posted changes to the Program. Speed Point values are subject to change.
Controlling Language:The Terms of the Program have been prepared in the English language, which language shall be controlling in all respects, including the interpretation of the Terms of the Program. All documents or other notices that may be delivered pursuant to the Program will be in the English language.
By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enroll in the Program.
Notice to California Residents
Under the CCPA, California residents have certain rights, which can be found under “California Resident Choices Regarding Our Use of Personal Information” section of our Privacy Policy. This Program constitutes a financial incentive under California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”). California residents can review the Notice of Financial Incentive Here, which provides:

- That you may revoke your participation in the Program at any time.
- An explanation of how the value of Summit Bucks Rewards relates to the value of your data collected through the Program.
