How do I use "Order Status Lookup"?

You can still look up an order even if you checked out as a guest or any other way. You DON'T need an account! You will need the order/invoice number from a digital confirmation or your paper invoice.

Order Status Lookup will allow you to:

• Check the Status of a pending order
• Cancel a pending order
• Get Tracking Information
• Return or Exchange most Items
• Print a Copy of the Invoice
• Reprint a Return Label for a pending return.

How To Use Order Status Lookup

1. Follow this link to our Log In Page.
2. Click where it says "Order Status Lookup".

    

   
3. Enter the following information:
   1. Order Number (this is the same as the "Invoice Number" located at the top of your invoice)
   2. Last Name
   3. Billing Zip/Postal Code
