The status of the products on our website can be listed in several ways. Each one is explained below.
"In stock" means we currently have the product on our shelves. It will be delivered to you by the method you choose during the checkout process.
Not In Stock
"Not in Stock" means that we usually keep the product in our warehouse. However, we are currently sold out. The estimated ship date shown below the status is the date we expect to receive more of the product. If you order one of these products, it will be placed on “Backorder.” For more information on backorders, please follow the link below that applies to you:
Ships directly from the supplier
This is what is known as a "dropship" item. It means that we do not have the product in our warehouse. However, the supplier can ship the part directly to you. If the estimated ship date says “Tomorrow,” the supplier has the item and will ship it the next few business days. If the estimated ship date is some time in the future, that is when we expect the supplier to have the item available to ship directly to you.
Will be special ordered for you
This means that we do not have the product in our warehouse. We only order “Special Order” products from the supplier when you order them from us. Generally, we do not intend to keep an inventory of these items. “Special Order” products could be shipped directly from the supplier or they could be shipped to us first. Then, we would ship it to you. The available shipping options will be provided during the checkout process.
Call to Order
These products are usually considered "Custom Order" items. This means we require specific information from you before we order it. These products could be shipped directly from the supplier or they could be shipped to us first. Then, we would ship it to you. The available shipping options will be provided by your sales representative.
- Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed for items not in our warehouse.
- In some cases, factors outside of our control may delay shipping.
- In case of a return, “Special Order” items are returnable; “Custom Order” items are not returnable.
