How do I return an ATS Diesel Performance core?

The following applies specifically to ATS Diesel Performance cores (prefix APF-). Click this link for instructions on How to Return All Other Cores.

ATS Diesel cores must be returned directly to ATS Diesel. Please follow the instructions below.

Package the Old Parts

1. Drain all the fluids.
2. Secure the old part in the same container the new part arrived in.
3. Label the container for shipment.

Schedule a Pickup

1. Contact ATS Diesel Performance at 1-800-949-6002 (x500).
2. Tell them you are returning a core.
3. Provide the following information:
   1. Original invoice number
   2. Unit serial number
   3. Pickup address
   4. Your phone number
   5. Your email address

What You Should Expect

• ATS Diesel will arrange for pickup.
• After the core is received and inspected, we will issue your Refund (please allow 2-3 weeks).
