The following applies specifically to BD Diesel (prefix BDD-) cores. Click this link for instructions on How to Return All Other Cores.
Before BD Diesel will credit any core, the following conditions must be met:
- Cores are to be returned freight prepaid.

- Collect or COD shipments will be refused and returned at your expense.
- All cores that are returned must be like for like, matching application and year.
- Cores must be returned within 30 days of the invoiced date.

- Cores that are received after the 30 days may be subject to a late penalty charge deducted off the core credit.
- Any core received after 90 or more days will not be accepted and the shipment will be refused/returned.
- Cores that have been disassembled or have missing and/or damaged major components will not receive full core credit.
- Transmission cores returned for core credit must be complete and in the original shipping container.

- Prior to returning transmission cores, contact BD Diesel Performance at 1-800-887-5030 to arrange the best mode of transportation and to utilize negotiated freight discounts.
- All brackets supplied with the original exchange product must accompany the core.
- All cores must be sufficiently drained to prevent external leakage or container damage.

**FREIGHT CARRIERS WILL NOT ACCEPT LEAKY PACKAGES**
- Cores must be from a running engine and not assembled from scrap parts.
**Any core return shipment that does not meet these requirements, or is received damaged, or is tagged as an environmental hazard (i.e. fluid left in cores) will be refused or the core refund will be penalized.**

**Core Shipments MUST be returned to the warehouse of the country you are situated in.**
In the event that you send the core to the incorrect warehouse, customs and importing charges of up to and including $100 (or more, depending on the product) may be deducted off of your core credit.
**IMPORTANT**
Completed core return tag must accompany your shipment. Please retain a copy for your records.
